First things first... lose the DG P&S and get something like a Project Blaster or LRD P&S.

i know, i couldnt really tell a difference after i got it. but, is the diamond racing a good 240 kit? i have heard that port and polish will give more power than a 240 kit.

pb pipes will be released in july.
the kit we have on our site is just a 240cc basic kit... that doesn't include any port work, all that is extra. You will feel some difference with the 240cc kit, but not as much as you would by just getting your cylinder ported as it is.

kurt, if i take my cylinder to you, do you port and polish it there or do you ship it out? how much is basic port and polish cost? would this change the intake ports so much that i would have to get new reed valves?

port work runs anywhere from $300-$600 on how fast you want to go, and what gas you can run.
