hey , i just bought a new boyeson rad valve but i was wondering weather or not i should rejet it b/c i already have it jetted for my dg pipe once i got it on today, it seemed like it sounded ok and didnt seem that bad so im pretty confused i asked a friend of mine before i put it on and he said yes definetly rejet it and then i asked some 1 else and they said no you dont have to so what do you think i should do ?

i think you should b/c the DG pipe doesnt do much so i would rejet if it runs good leave it

just ride it how it is and then check the plug, you may not need to re-jet if anything you may need to jet down 1 size.

yea i left it like that for a day of riding (1 hour) and i noticed that the quad had like no top end but great low end and when i would try bringing up a wheely it just kind of bogged down real low and then finally the rpm's would rise. so then i brought it home and took apart my carb and rose the c-clip up one notch to make it run a little leaner. once i got it all together i took it for a spin up and down the street a few times and noticed it was running with a little more top end and same with low end. i think ive got it right now but i still need to take it for a longer ride to really see how it is

yea that is the main poit of the rad valve it gives u better throttle response.. so it sould be better in the low end.
