I have got a new pair of 9x8 ITP rims that have a 4x110 stud pattern - obviously they wont fit the standard hubs but can anyone suggest an easy way out like hubs off a different quad ( timberwolf, kodiak etc) and then redrill the rims to suit eg 4x110 or 115 pcd or maybe even some hubs off a different make that will fit the 110 pcd ?

Just drill out the rims! I did that to get warrior pattern rims to fit the blaster pattern probably over 10 years ago and am still using those rims w/o a problem. No special equipment is needed, just a center punch, drill, a drillbit, and a little time getting it centered. Take your hub off, pound the studs out, set the hub on the rim and mark the holes with a punch.

Cant do that sadly "08ford" as theres not enough meat left in the inside edge of the 110 pcd rim ! - will probably make up an adapter plate to suit.

The holes i drilled go through the center a little too; You could get some warrior or banshee hubs off ebay cause they have a lot bigger pattern -- 4x115. Otherwise sell those rim & buy some other ones, I have seen blaster rims on ebay lately.

Yea - good idea . In the end I machined up some 18mm spacers with the correct patterns thru each side out of moly steel - looks great and widened the track a bit too I could post some pics if anyone is interested in doing the same ?
