"perfect jetting" from toomey came with the 310, my plug is always black though. i dont know how perfect it actually is. <------ that thing kicks ass If your plug is black then the jetting isnt perfect but rather its running to rich. The question is, is at what throttle position is it running rich at? Do plug chops at each of the throttle positions to determine where your jetting problem exists, after that you need to determine exactly which jet (pilot, needle clip position, main jet ect.) controls that particular throttle position and then jet accordingly. To the guy asking about the clamp on filter, YES, you need to rejet. Because the clamp on filters let in more air which means your gonna have to let in more fuel to compensate for the increase of air intake, go bigger on on your jetting if not you will be running to lean and thats not good. Heres a link to help you guys better understand jetting. 204.71.0.3/motoprof/moto/mcycle/carb101/carb101.htmlLaterz!!!!!!!!1
