I wanted to know if boreing a Blaster really helpfull? What would be the best posible bore without getting the cylinder walls to thin? And what parts will you need to buy after boreing it?

boring is an ok idea but if you want the most power go with the national cylinder kit from www.projectblaster.com

Boring it gives it a little more power, but not enough to make a big difference. You really shouldn't bore it unless you have to. If you cylinder goes, and scars the sleeve, then you can get it bored to the next size. If you do bore it, you would need to pay for the bore, a new piston kit, and top end gaskets.

I dont think buying a kit costs too much but because I can probably get the hole drilled in for free I wont have to pay that much. Would I also need to get a new crankshaft or something? And what bore is better like a .20, .30, or .40? Im thinking of more into a .40 range.
