Sorry if this post is long, but I have a lot on my mind......Rocket Racing is a local shop...RR builds high-performance shifter kart engines and quad engines. They specialize in 2-stroke engines...Anyways, they told me they would port and polish my cylinder for $135, if my motor is already apart and ready for the work done. I was just wondering if $135 is too cheap, to not trust their work. My friend's kart is EXTREMELY fast and they are the ones that build the engine for it. Thanks for your time, and if you could respond, it would be greatly appreciated.
Another ? I had was, if I get this done, will I be able to tell a big difference? And when I put a Trenga 30 mm. Carb on it, will I?

Sorry, forgot to add something.
Will I also have to get my engine bored? Because it is already bored .40 over. And will a P&P help me in the trails, because trails is mostly what I ride. Later.

we offer a trail port and polish for $275... so I donno about $135, that's your call. I've never seen engine work done by Rocket Racing so I wouldn't be able to let you know if it's good for a Blaster or not. Did you already buy this Trenga Carb? I hope not! We have some used 30mm carbs for sale that I can sell you for really cheap! It's just a 28mm carb bored out to a 30mm, nothing really that special, but it will help in performance. Yes port and polish will help in the trails, but only if it's done right. Our engine builders have built National Championship engines before, so I can guarentee that our work is great!
