What are the most internal engine mods (AKA: P/P, Mill head, etc.) without having to run 93 octain gas? And isn't it around 180PSI where you need to start running race gas? I'm just trying to figure out how much I can do with my engine without having to buy gas thats not availible form the pump.
Thanks

Yes i am wondering the same....I dont have any place around where i live that sells that high octane gas. I need to know too cause i wil get all of it done to my bike too. I would think, Keign Carb, reeds, reed spacer, p/s, better air filter, and thats all i can think of.

to keep running regular high test gas, you could get a Diamond Racing trail port and a long rod kit in the bottom end. You could also get a 240 kit and still run regular gas.

Kurt, What exactly is a longrod kit. Isn't it basicaly a longer rod - making your stroke a little longer, or am I way off? How much power do you gain by it and how much are they.
Thanks

Yea that's basically it, but it's not like a stroker at all. The stroker is much more powerful and puts out twice the power. A long rod kit is nice, it adds a lot of bottom end and gives you added horsepower.
