What would be a good deal on motor modifications? Im liking the Diamond Racing deal on Project Blaster but I heard the Vitos and CT deals are awsome. What should I get? Im not getting yet but i want to make my plans to get it.

Well, the way Kurt and I have discussed it, the National Port Cylinder. Because, It is a almost stock CC cylinder, with just raised compression. Which is fun!!! But this means you can still race in a Blaster class in racing, and it's really not that expensive. Cheap actually. Brandon

Well, in actuallity, boring a cylinder, does nothing really. May give you a few more ponies. But with the port, it is introducing and expelling more air and spent gases faster, which means more air and fuel that can be in there. I dont know much about this. Maybe you should PM Kurt or talk to him on AIM. Sorry I cant help much. Brandon

actually brandon, you're on the right track. with a 240 kit, the bore is too large for the stroke causing power to decrease out of corners, etc. The National keeps this power and increases compression and hp making it, in Valley Cycles Accessories' opinion.. THE BEST MOD YOU CAN MAKE FOR YOUR BLASTER. I hate selling people 240 kits when the Diamond National is the best cylinder on the market. How many people winning National Championships run a Vito's? NONE. Diamond won two national championships with the national cylinder... undefeated because they only ran two years.

good points guys, my friend went out and got a 240 kit from vitos, i told him to get porting but he wanted the kit so w/e, he got it it was the vitos which is like stage 1 porting with it. it ran for about 2 7hrs until it started having problems, it needed a new piston in 7hrs, the thing was alwys bogging and stuff, so he sold the cylinder on ebay and got a ported cylinder, and from the experience of witching the 2, all i can sya is that the 240 kit dint even compare
