Here ya guys go, I have a team, there's 3 of us. I have the a 1966 chevelle, another guy has a 1968 camaro, and the other has a 1986 monte carlo ss. The monte is the fastest, we take it seriously with that car, it's got a 383 stroker motor with 460 horse and 415 ft lbs of torque. Here's some pictures of our cars! My Chevelle  My Chevelle and The 1968 Camaro in the parking lot of our school.  The Badass Monte Carlo.  The Monte Carlo has a 200 shot of nitrous, so it's making somewhere around 650 hp on nitrous. Saw those pics on BHQ. I like the Chevelle. I've always liked the look of the 66/67 year chevelle's.

my little brother had a 383 stroker in a 85 cutlas, the thing was nuts, he had problems keeping trannies in it. Well he got into too much trouble with that and ended up with a 77 monza with a 350 sbc. Belive it or not but that got him into trouble also, so now he has a saturn. (a little safer for lead foot)  |

my dad has a camaro with a 454 into it is so bad ass.. and he has a 1969 camaro he is restoring he is going to put a 400 with 2 4's in that it will be my car

Nice car. My dad races a 1969 camaro drag car with a 650hp motor and he runs 8.70's at the track.it's fun riding my blaster around in the pits  |

hes gotta be making more then 650hp.....no way you could run a 8.7 with just that....or the cars gotta be totally glass or something.....I dunno....

Yah True it is almost impossible to get 8.7's with 650HP. Unless he uses a shit load of Nitrious and his car is lighter then anything. I went to the drag strip with my friend and his 81' Cutlass and it has 850Hp and he gets mid to High 9's, and his car has been gutted and made light as possible and it has been board and stroked to a 496Ci. I belive ya when I see slips for the 8.7's. ;D |
