you really should have a 4 stroke for trails... less tire spin= traction

for racing mx id definately go with the blaster, but i like it on trails too because i can throw it around better than i can a bigger atv like a 400ex or warrior. trails id go with either.one of my buddies has one and wont buy anything else. hes never had problems with it. warriors are the best selling atv ever for a reason though

warriors are not that bad. and if a blaster is better then a warrior then why dont u see more cross country blasters then warriors IMO i have had both and can tell u the warrior is better for the woods. the motor has way more power (but a blaster can be modded to get the same power) two strokes u have to rebuild every year and with a warrior u can go two three years and they are fine. so i race the sport class at the nationals and have seen numerous blasters in the 3 years i have been racing. in that same time period, i have only seen 5 warriors, 3 of those were at the same race

You don't have to work on a 4 stroke as much as you would a 2 stroke. buddy u need to ajust valve and cam chains all the time i have a thumper i would kno. if u change the oil alot a thmper will outlive ne 2 stroke
