click on the icon between the e-mail icon and the folder icon, right below the icon that looks like an S with a line through it, it looks like a picture. it is in the bar right on top of all the smilies. then, a thing will come up. then, delete the url so it then, go to the pic that u want to post. right click on it and go all the way down and click on properties. then, a screen will pop up and there will be a url on it....high lite it with ur mouse. then press ctrl+ c at the same time. this will copy it. go and put it between the thing (the img things) to paste it to that put the cursor in between the two img things and press ctrl + v at the same time. this will paste it. then ur done, just post the message and the pic should come up.

or you can use photobucket.com sign up for a free account and upload them there. Then all you have to do is copy and paste were it says img.
