this is another quick suggestion to those of you who want to paint acces. on your blaster, at home, quick, and cheap!!! **this is not recommended for engine, or exhaust** this is what i did. one day i was sittng around trying to figure out what i could do to "dress up" some parts on my fourwheeler. so i went to my dad and asked him what should i paint my stock floor boards (or w/e you want to call them) on my blaster. he said...don't spray paint them...it will turn out shitty, and wear fast...how about we get them painted with car paint.. since i'm the one paying for it...i said nah...that is too espensive. so i went outside in our barn and started digging. sure enough, i came across a quart of Rust-o-leum gloss black OIL BASED PAINT. NOT LATEX...NOT LATEX! OIL BASED! so i took off my nerf bars...too them in the garage..busted out the wire brush/sandpaper...then washed the surface with a warm soapy water... and painted them with that black oil based paint and a small 1 1/2 hand brush.. sure enough about 4 hours later, they were completely dry and i bolted them back on...and then painted the bolts on it too.. and man..it looks trick. i painted them with one thick coat of paint...and no drips marks...or anything. it looks like a car paint job. oh yeha...don't get oil based paint on your hands...it a BITCH to get off.
-just a suggestion, anthony.

i dont know more than likely but when we made a snowmachine trailer we used rustoleum on raw steel and just brushed it on and it lasted ever since and left a nice flat surface hardly any runs but its better if you use a spray gun to do it there expensive tho but we have on so i am gonna use that to paint my rims with and just use the spray paint rustoleum in the can for my hubs

yeah, you can choose to paint it any way you want. i personally prefer brush, this way you can control how thick the coats are, and drips. ooh yeah, all i did was clean, let it dry, and paint. i let the first coat dry for about 5 hours, and applied a second, i ride my b'aster EVERY SINGLE DAY and i ride hard, and the paint hasnt started coming off the nerfbars yet.
