the only difference that i think you would not like on the z is that its only a 400 otherwise i think you will like any of them........remember you had a blaster so anything will feel awesome man, just get what you want to

well the Z cant be bad if doug gust is nearly always wining on his, like a yfz or honda is $2000 dearer than a z and when u put on shocks onto the z you will have probably spent the same money on buying a new R or YFZ

Wow, im hearing off and on shit, and still can't decide, all of these posts sound like good ideas. Is the Z that bad? Whats so much better that the yfz and the trx have that the z doesnt??? um power, shocks, width (the YFZ).. Whatever guys, I'm just saying I wouldn't go buy a Z, I would rather have the YFZ..Yeh doug gust rides a z but he also has like 10G's into his lol.. I have seen and heard many people say the honda dips to low end the front end on jumps and they don't corner as good.

tell me one pro that dosen't have 10G's in there quad ;D Yeh I know that, but the guy that started this post doesn't have 10G's to put into a Z to make it a real good MX quad..The YFZ takes very minimal stuff to be competitive, a pipe, filter, and get some nerfs..Then later work on the chassis components. With the Z you would have to do all that, plus a Big bore kit to get up to the power of the YFZ then all the chassis stuff

That was just on the first year models. They have fixed that......(The YFZ didnt go through any major testing it pretty much came out into production) Well actually my friend has a brand new YFZ and he races motocross, the first race he did he jumped a 20ft double and snapped the swingarm right in half.

well i mean the Z is a great quad, dont get me wrong, but to make a z really rip u need to trick it, +2's just arent good enoufe its to top heavy, if u have the money to trick it out then thats a good way to go, but it just takes to much work, now the new z 450 might be worth lookin into, i dono but personally i love the honda...
