this probably sounds stupid. but iv never really ridden a blaster. i will get mine fired up in the next couple days. i just got it and it didnt run so im waiting on parts. well i rode this one about 5 years ago. i didnt get out of second gear. just putted around my yard. well i was just wondering the shifter pattern? i just shift up through 6 forward gears? thanks. sorry if it sounds stupid!

ya same here i would like practice shiftin like 4 the resrt of my life if i lost to a scrambler dont talk buddy a stock scrambler would beat a stock blaster easily. there as fast as 400ex's stock. and im sure with theat guys pipe clutch kit ect. it wil lbe a close race, but in the end he will win do to top speed. and scrqamblers have tons of bottom.... there friggin automatic haha. |

you will smoke his ass in like 5th lmao my friend has a 400 scrambler and ... lmao... a 250ex beats it ahaha its almost blown up tho too and my friend is a really big guy... lets break it down...
250ex beats it (bone stock)
300 ex smokes it (stock) cept dg pipe
240 blaster rapes the shit outta it (with ur 240 & shit)

I talked to a guy that had one with a dg silencer "not pipe" and he stayed with a 400ex. ive also ridin a polaris 400l and a yamaha blaster, and the polaris has alot more power. think about it guys a 400cc liquid cooled 2stroke vs a 200cc aircooled old pos. lol |

Omg an auto tranny that scrambler 400 wont even spin taking of they have not bottom end power, you will take of in a big spin and he will be dead until it hits te power band about 2 seconds, so u will be gone when he starting to go ha ha a 240 you will be ripping up the whole track but i would say he will be starting to catch you at the end

I highly doubt it. Plus automatric transmission weighs less than a manual transmission, and they work amazing in drags. Im not talking about mx, duhhh, in a drag a scrambler will kill a blaster. |
