And im not 100% sure but I heard from somewhere that they have to be white but I doubt it..

I know at nationals the amatures can run white w/ black numbers, black w/ white numbers and yellow w/ black numbers.

im havin custom fender plates made  only $20 and HOPEFULLY they'll be here in a few weeks... they're white wtih black letters i beleive |
