here are some tips i learned from some of the pro riders at an mx track:
when starting at the gate, when theyre about to drop it, hold in your front brake, and let out on the clutch just enough to feel the engine engage, youl feel the back lift up a little, when the gate drops, let out on the brake and the clutch, and that way you wont wheelie as much, youll just accelerate.
on jumps, youll want to rev it up at the end to keep the front end up, and so youll accelerate right off of the jump.
use the berms on the turns to turn sharper
and on whoops, stand up with your weight toward the back, and gas it! youll just skim over the tops, it really fun, but scary sometimes, if you start that way, don let off the gas, youll nose into the next one, and its not pretty, other whoop sections u can double them.
check all of your bolts, the ones on your tie rods, your wheels, hubs, swingarm, and your axle nut, ive seen people get hurt pretty bad cuz on of those came loose
hope this helps

those are some good tips! a simple one that can make a huge difference... when jumping, keep your ass out towards the back of the quad. arch your back to keep the quad level with the ground. in situations where you don't think you're going to clear a jump, you can lift the quad up under you in this position. it's like a bunny hop in the air.

just lean in alot, to where your butt isnt on the seat and also on jumps, when approaching them, sit down, as soon as your front wheels hit the face of the jump, stand up while going up the face of it, and that gives you a little more air so u can go farther ;D

some suggestions would be not to look back when going cause that casuses you to slow down and be un consitraded.
