When you put a 240 sleeve in..There is almost no part of the Stock sleeve. When you install a stock bore sleeve there is always a decent size portion left. You try boring a stock sleeve to a 73mm Inside diamiter you will notice in parts there is no part of the Stock sleeve left in some areas. Ive sat there and compared the looks from a 240 to stock bore.. Sleeve wise because im on my last bore(.080, .090 is just trouble). Also remember the $$ when you get a new sleeve put in, the ports have to be matched.
