There isnt a best. They are all very close. Elka can get your shocks out quicker then PEP and Axis. So lots of people get them. Its like 2 month wait for a Axis shock. TCS makes their own shocks. Lots of people send their shocks for some bikes cause the shocks are really good just need revalved and tcs makes dual rate stprings. (400ex rear)
