ok i just bought the vitos 240 big bore kit and the fat bastard blaster pipe along with a hotrod crank. Now my dilemna is im about to put all this together and first i have the stock clutch, is this going to be able to handle this kit and i have the stock carb to. I spend a crap load of money already and have none left right now to buy a aftermarket clutch and like a pj34 carb. I am about to assemble my motor but i dont wanna mess up this brand new crank and this brand new 240 kits. Will it harm it in any way. Also another question what kind of fuel you all think i should use thanks for the help its highly appreciated!!!

well 1 you bought the vitos 240 kit which your not going to hardly feel any power from because its not really ported..So you wasted your money there..You'll feel the power gain from the pipe though..
You can run the stock clucth and the stock carb but its wise to get a 34 as soon as you can.
If the head is still stock then you can run 92..Vitos should have asked you what type of fuel your running, if they didn't I'd guess your suppose to run just premium. (92-93)

kurt told me if i were to get the vitos kit, i should use a 30mm carb because it is not ported too much.

Don't buy the vitos kit, its really a waste of money. im not going to get a 240. im just gonna get porting or a national. oh, and yes and yes. the stock carb will be fine, it just wont run too good. and for the clutch, it will be fine, but you may want to consider buying heavy duty clutch spring and plates, but it will be fine.

Don't buy the vitos kit, its really a waste of money. It's an ok kit, it has boost ports and triple exhausts. But its not worth the 600$.

It does.. there real small haha
What aggervates me is that advertise 32hp with a 34mm carb....
mabye 26hp at the most... haha
nkyman, you should have looked into the ct snoic kit, it's 100-200 more "for cylinder head valve" but tis a much better kit.
