OK, so i had to rebuild my quad. when i took it apart the piston was scorched and the sleeve was torn up bad too.( i bought it off of a friend who didnt take good care of it at all). so i bored it out .2 and put a new vitos in and blocked off the oil injection while i was doing all this. before i did all this i already had a toomey on the bike and it leaked a little oil out. i was told this was ok. now that i have got everything going again the bike is running like the choke is on all the time (like it is reved up) but the card is tuned. is the jet too big or what. also if i run the petcock like half on half off it will run ok. on all the way i just get back fires. when it does run and i give some gas the exhaust on the head end squirts drops of oil and the smoke leaks out. now my quad is an 03 and i dont think i did installation on the pipe wrong but the top mount never aligned. should it? how can i make it work. can i use a couple of zip ties? will a silicon bead stop the leaks. is that ok to do. any help will be awesome
