Jeff I thinks it basicaly depends on what kind of riding you do. The most important thing is to be realistic/honest with what type of riding you do the most.
I have seen so often the recreational/aggressive trial rider go for an all out drag/dune port and be very unhappy with the lack of bottom/midrange responce that it lacks when their on the trail and under normal conditions. Nothing wrong with the quality/craftsmanship of the porting just simply a bad choice of performance type for what they were using it for.
Example : My son doesn't race MX or Drag/dune race but he does enjoy aggressive trail riding/jumping with his buddies. I chose to aggresive trail port his engine and for simplicity set his motor up for "pump" gas rather than race gas were he would either have to carry race gas with him and for the fact that race gas isn't always available when out riding trails and at various places. I lightened the flywheel some for quicker excelleration and added a 34pj for some extended topend with enough left for some midrange/bottom for the trail.
Honestly if you dont have a steady diet of drag/dune racing I think the above is the best all around option to a blaster with improved power and noticable accelleration/responce and keeping the everyday reliablity that is important if you want trouble free rides/fun -JMO

Jeff
The average builder charges for the following, does not include any reed mods.
Porting - 200.00 head rechamber- 65.00 bore/hone 50.00 piston kit 80.00 gasket 15.00 ---------- $410.00 aprox
I would include the following :
porting aggressive/trail head rechamber aux intake ports bore & hone piston kit gaskets
additional : I will clearance the intake for cr-125 reed cage if you send the cage/reed spacer with the cylinder and head if you don't already have an aftermarket reed/cage.
additional : I will also lighten your flywhhel if you ship it also.
__________ porting Total $ 325.00
Swingarm : I will build you a chromoly or mild steel round tube swingarm with the stock blaster carrier mounts , pivot works roller bearing kit, this will be in raw metal your option to paint/powdercoat.
swingarm total $225.00
Porting/swingarm total $550.00 return/shipped
